To strengthen its services, ALTEN BELGIUM is actively looking for a “Talent Development Intern”.
As a Talent Development Intern, you will support the Belgium team in managing the career development of our consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- On-boarding: ensure all newcomers receive the necessary information during their first days. Guarantee a smooth, complete, and positive onboarding experience.
- Talent management administration: support the preparation, planning, and follow-up of annual performance reviews for consultants.
- Off-boarding : collect feedback from departing consultants and help identify improvement actions.
- Support in consultant management : facilitate career continuity for consultants by assisting Business Managers in securing their next project.
- Data analysis & reporting: provide weekly reporting on key activities and outcomes & analyze data to identify trends and propose areas for improvement
- Employee experience improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the employee experience by identifying growth opportunities from feedbacks received in the satisfaction surveys.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Administration or Business.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable with Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Enjoying working in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
