🌱 Your Mission
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support transformation and migration initiatives within a facility management and data environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior talent willing to develop strong business analysis skills in a consultancy context.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting business and data analysis activities
- Participating in data migration and validation processes
- Contributing to requirement gathering and documentation
- Assisting in test preparation and UAT coordination
- Supporting process mapping and functional analysis
- Helping structure information into clear and actionable deliverables
- Identifying and escalating potential risks
- Working closely with business and IT stakeholders

- Junior profile motivated to start or develop a career as Business Analyst
- Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
- Interest in data, processes, and transformation projects
🛠️ Technical Skills (Assets)
- Basic knowledge or interest in data analysis tools such as Databricks
- Familiarity with validation or scripting approaches (e.g. Python) is a plus
