Responsibilities
The role involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at driving marketing effectiveness, including:
- Facilitating decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Documenting, supporting, and training users on the utilization of various tools for analyzing marketing and communications performance.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills, alongside the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, with a solid understanding of key marketing performance KPIs, as well as marketing and conversion funnels.
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SemRush, and Sprinklr.
- Strong command of SQL and SAS, alongside advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with good knowledge of French or vice versa.
This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for a mix of onsite presence and homeworking to support work-life balance.
