As a Data Analyst, you will turn data into clear, reliable insights that support informed decisions across the organization. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data needs, ensure data quality, and deliver accurate analyses and visualizations.
Full-time permanent employment based in Estonia
You will:
- Collect, prepare, and analyze data to support operational and strategic needs
- Perform ad hoc data queries to address emerging questions
- Validate datasets, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with PSI standards
- Develop data visualizations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
- Work with department representatives to define requirements, identify data sources, and design metrics tracking
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Minimum of one year of experience in data analysis (in Data Analyst or BI Specialist capacity)
- Full working proficiency in English
- Experience as a Database Developer is a plus
- Strong command of database query languages, with T‑SQL as a minimum requirement
- Experience with data processing and basic tools for data analysis and transformation (such as MS Excel)
- Experience in using visualization tools and ability to create clear and comprehensive data visualizations (experience with Qlik is an advantage)
