About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Business Partnering Intern to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in driving strategic financial insights and operational efficiency.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on headcount cost analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, providing exposure to Bolt on a global scale.
Your Daily Adventures
- Assist in reviewing company benefit and event policies, understanding their accounting treatment, and reflecting them accurately in budgeting and forecasting.
- Collect, validate, and maintain staff cost-related data from HR, Finance, and Accounting teams.
- Perform data reconciliation and variance analysis to help identify key cost drivers and financial trends.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Assist in automating and streamlining reports and presentations to enhance efficiency.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets (experience with financial modelling a plus).
- Familiarity with Google Slides for creating executive-level presentations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive financial information.
- Interest in corporate finance, strategic planning, and executive reporting.
- Fluent in English.
