Accountabilities

- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalable systems and processes.
- Decisive mindset prioritizing business impact over harmony.
- Willingness to travel for strategy meetings and team events, embracing the flexibility of remote work.
