Accountabilities
- Extract and analyze data to tell compelling stories about the subscription economy.
- Present findings to external clients and internal stakeholders by translating complex datasets into clear narratives.
- Own the production of monthly syndicated reports and craft custom analyses.
- Support Sales and Marketing with key analyst reports and rapid response requests.
- Use SQL to navigate databases and collaborate with Data Services.
- Manage multiple project timelines and expectations across stakeholders.
- Monitor subscription trends and emerging platforms as a thought leader.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated experience presenting insights to clients or executive leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; some proficiency in SQL.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into intuitive narratives.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills for large datasets.
- Self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Looker or similar Business Intelligence tools.
