Sofigate is combining its business technology transformation and management units, serving large and full-service digitalisation partner for growth companies, into the largest entity of its kind in the Nordic region. The new unit employs more than 400 professionals across Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.
This entity forms the strategic core of Sofigate. It brings together business, technology, and AI, and it is the foundation for our next phase of growth. We are now looking for a Vice President to lead the growth, renewal, and strengthening the market position of this unit.

This unit helps customers to lead, run and grow with Business Technology by combining design, business platforms, data, continuous IT operations, and transformation capabilities.

This combination gives us an excellent position to lead our clients’ AI and digital transformations from strategy to execution.
The role as Vice President, you will:
- Be responsible for a Nordic organization of over 400 experts
- Own the unit’s growth, profitability, and strategic direction
- Build a unified operating model across countries
- Scale the use of AI agents as a core part of consulting
- Strengthen BTS as the leading framework in the market
- Build close collaboration with our ServiceNow and Salesforce business units
You will lead a unit that defines what business technology leadership looks like in the AI era in the Nordics.
What we expect from you and how do you succeed in this role
You can lead and grow consulting and services businesses
- You have demonstrated success and 15+ years of progressive leadership in international expert organizations, delivering growth through both increased demand and strengthened capabilities
- You are comfortable discussing with C-level clients, you lead value-driven transformation programmes, and you have a strong sales track record
- You have delivered major transformations and understand where the market is heading
- You actively leverage your strong networks and build new ones, as an integral part of the market, not on its sidelines
- You have proven P&L responsibility experience and make decisions by combining data, insight, and courage
- You lead in a way that aligns growth and profitability into a clear direction
- You turn change into practice, not just plans
You operate naturally in an AI- and platform-driven environment
- You understand the impact of platforms, such as ServiceNow and Salesforce, as the foundations of modern business
- You can discuss client needs by combining transformation leadership, technology, and AI into one clear story
- You can build and scale Enterprise AI delivery capabilities that support clients’ business goals
You lead people in a modern, coaching way across borders
- You understand the power of culture and the value of diversity in leading a Nordic organisation
- You make bold decisions, while preparing them collaboratively and with respect for people
- You communicate clearly and lead through insight and understanding
You can build and scale service models, not just organizations
- You are familiar with large service portfolios and can design scalable and effective service models
- You lead customer journeys and service experiences in a way that supports growth and fosters long-term client relationships
- You build a clear, distinctive, and repeatable way of working in the market
This role can be based in Helsinki or Stockholm.
