We’re building the ML layer that powers revenue decisions across eight markets — and we need someone who loves tabular data, thinks in features, and wants to see their models drive real business outcomes.
Draivi is a fast-growing international performance marketing company, recognized three times on the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies. With €30M revenue in 2025 and operations across the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Mexico and South Africa, we help lenders and financial service providers acquire customers through data-driven marketing and comparison platforms.
We're looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to our analytics team to own our the development, deployment and optimization of all of our ML models. This is a foundational role in our analytics that runs on GCP and processes millions of data points daily. We’ve built solid foundations in BigQuery and are now ready to take our predictive modeling to the next level — moving from exploratory batch models toward structured, production-grade ML workflows.
You'll work closely with the Head of Analytics and the rest of the technical team, with significant autonomy to shape how we approach the use of machine learning to make better real time decisions.
What You'll OwnYou will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Draivi's machine learning models from feature engineering and model development through to deployment, monitoring and retraining. This means taking real ownership: not just building models that perform well in evaluation, but ensuring they run reliably in production and continue to improve over time. You will be the person who makes ML a dependable part of how Draivi makes decisions.
