About The Role

As a Resource Planner you will be planning and coordinating the activities of operational staff, in collaboration with project managers, operational managers, and support services, to ensure smooth execution of on-site operations.

You will report to the Training and Resource Planning Supervisor and be located at Mannheim.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update project structures and the planning database in the ERP system (SAP).
  • Schedule operational resources according to required qualifications and certifications; propose replacement solutions when needed.
  • Ensure access rights for all employees involved in the projects.
  • Review, complete, and distribute mission orders.
  • Manage experience reports to support qualification extensions in the ERP.
  • Enter and monitor purchase requests in the ERP related to operational subcontracting.
  • Participate in and/or lead planning meetings with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative profile (administrative management, organization and coordination, operational support).
  • Desired experience in schedule management and/or in sectors with high operational demands.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, MS 365).
  • Familiarity with SAP environment (a plus).
  • Comfortable with English (written and spoken).
  • VBA programming skills (desirable)
