Project Manager (Bespoke Kitchen, Cabinetry)

€80-85k + Bonus
Progression on offer to Senior Management level in the short term.
Required for renowned bespoke kitchen, cabinetry, and furniture company operating successfully across Dublin.
We are seeking a client facing Project Manager to act as the critical bridge between our Design and Installation teams, ensuring the seamless transition of projects from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans across all Studio projects, sharing best practices with the team.
- Support the Design team in creating initial project plans, including design, client sign-off, site measurements, and structural review.
- Lead the execution phase, ensuring smooth handover from Design to Installation.
- Brief and manage the Installation team, ensuring all materials, ironmongery, appliances, and tools are on-site for day one.
- Maintain excellent client, architect, and management communication throughout all project stages.
- Monitor timelines, costs, and project reporting, taking proactive action to address delays or overruns.
- Provide guidance to the Design team on pricing, lead times, and material selection.
Installation & Build
- Liaise with Design and Installation teams to translate plans into reality and resolve site challenges early.
- Manage workshop scheduling to ensure cabinetry is delivered on time.
- Oversee snagging, post-installation cleaning, and final client handover.
Requirements
- Strong interest in design, interiors, and architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years in a high-end design business, including at least 2 years in project management.
