👩💻🧑💻As a Product Designer at Qonto, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end design for new features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product
- Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Be part of a great design studio.
- Collaborate with diverse profiles and expertise: Product Designers, UX Writers, System Designers, Frontend Engineers, Product, Marketing Managers and more.
- Contribute to the evolution of an international brand, facing ever-changing challenges (e.g., currently redesigning parts of our product).
- Accelerate your career by bringing your design projects to life and witnessing tangible results. Own your professional growth by collaborating with your manager to continually advance and improve.
