About The Role
As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will directly contribute to marketplace performance and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will own key operational workstreams end-to-end, improve planning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock sustainable growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Support the monthly and quarterly forecast planning process to ensure accurate budget and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) alignment.
- Own the analysis and review of the performance of city portfolios. Turn findings into clear actions and follow through on delivery.
- Ensure proper configuration of city-specific settings to align with operational goals.
- Analyze driver earnings data to ensure fair compensation and operational efficiency.
- BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Strong ability to interpret data, independently own complex problems, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, and BI/data visualization tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Latvian.
