We are looking for a strong and experienced Regular/Senior Project Manager with a background in hardware product development to lead and coordinate complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing real projects, understands hardware development processes, and holds higher education in an engineering field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hardware product development projects from concept to production.
• Plan and execute projects aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, etc.).
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings, document decisions, and ensure smooth information flow.
• Manage resource planning and allocation.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear and effective communication among all internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Higher education in Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 3+ years proven practical experience as a Project Manager in hardware development projects.
• Strong understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (from design and prototyping to validation and mass production).
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and structured approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent in Latvian and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
