As a Senior Python Full stack Engineer, you will be embedded within the account, contributing to the development and modernization of insurance platforms, client portals, and AI-driven solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support global commercial insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and JavaScript (React, TypeScript).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts across the client’s engineering team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in fullstack development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (both).
  • Experience with React, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including serverless architecture and data orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of insurance domain workflows or prior experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML integration or data engineering (e.g., PySpark, Azure Databricks).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, including Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines, scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys), and event-driven architecture.

  • The salary range for this position is from 4.485 to 5.950 Euro gross before taxes.*
  • Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
