Sr. Python Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Python Full stack Engineer, you will be embedded within the account, contributing to the development and modernization of insurance platforms, client portals, and AI-driven solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support global commercial insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and JavaScript (React, TypeScript).
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts across the client’s engineering team.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in fullstack development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (both).
Experience with React, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including serverless architecture and data orchestration tools.
Understanding of insurance domain workflows or prior experience in financial services is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML integration or data engineering (e.g., PySpark, Azure Databricks).
Exposure to DevOps practices, including Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Knowledge of ETL pipelines, scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys), and event-driven architecture.

The salary range for this position is from 4.485 to 5.950 Euro gross before taxes.*
Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
