We are looking for a M&A Project Manager tojoin our finance team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.

In this role, you will:

  • Active search for acquistion targets;
  • Perform financial analysis of potential transactions, financial modeling.
  • Analyze trends, innovation directions and competitive environment in the electronics and IT sector.
  • Provide recommendations on acquisition priorities based on market data.
  • Evaluate incoming investment/acquisition proposals.
  • Develop alternative scenarios to assess the impact of acquisitions on EBITDA, ROI growth.
  • Evaluate and provide insights, recommendations on how M&A scenarios align with the company's overall strategy and long-term goals.
  • Prepare presentations, business cases and risk analyses for management.
  • Provide clear recommendations on next steps.
  • Shaping decisions together with finance, development and strategy teams.
  • Work together with legal, finance, audit and business development teams.

What we expect of you:

  • Higher education in finance, economics, business management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment analysis, strategic development or consulting.
  • Strategic knowledge of company valuation, financial modeling, market analysis.
  • Ability to see the big picture and extract business insights from data.
  • Combination of strategic thinking, entrepreneurship and analytical rigor.
  • Experience in conducting market research.
  • Ability to manage projects and work independently.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on site only.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 24 Eur/h up to 36 Eur/h pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
