Job Description

Position Overview :

The Bank is undertaking a major strategic transformation aimed at aligning its Information Systems with Group IT standards. As part of this programme, BGL BNP Paribas will migrate its existing CI/CD tool chains to the unified cloud‑based toolchain of the Group. To support this initiative, we are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager with strong experience in Cloud, DevOps, and Continuous Deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end migration of local tool chains toward the Group ITG toolchain, ensuring full alignment with governance and architectural standards.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of cloud infrastructures on dMZR (BNPP Cloud), adopting Infrastructure‑as‑Code methodologies for optimal reliability and compliance.
  • Drive program governance: planning, steering committees, progress reporting, risk and dependency management, budget oversight, and documentation.
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders, including local IT teams and Group entities, to secure synchronization across all phases of the program.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of all transformation activities within scope, quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

Required Expertise:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large‑scale IT or Cloud transformation programs.
  • Proven leadership in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud‑driven environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of CI/CD platforms, IaC, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
