We are recruiting for a technology-driven fintech organization. The teams builds and operate a secure financial platform that supports banks and financial institutions in delivering digital financial services.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (8+ years experience) to help maintain and improve our Azure-based cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and security posture.

You will work closely with development and platform teams to ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and highly reliable, while continuously improving automation and operational processes.

Our technology stack includes:

• Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud-native and microservices architectures

Key Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and networking
• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
• PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Docker and containerised environments (Kubernetes experience is a plus)
• Monitoring with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
• Linux administration
• Knowledge of cloud security and DevOps best practices
• Experience with SQL database management
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot device management
• Vulnerability management and endpoint security
• Experience in financial services
