- 8+ years in the Data Analytics domain workig as AI/ML Engineer – Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows to support advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade ML and AI engineering frameworks for high-performance, production-ready applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, business, and IT) to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and performance best practices.
- Support infrastructure setup and deployment of analytics platforms and AI solutions (good to have).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience building, training, tuning, and deploying ML models at scale.
- Strong working knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Ability to optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
- Implement AI algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure setup (Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for ML/AI workloads.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data engineering and ML solutions.
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance standards in cloud environments.
- GenAI/ML Expert with strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions, complemented by intermediate-level platform knowledge to effectively manage, integrate, and optimize enterprise technology environments.
