Role: Network Support Engineer

Essential Skills:

• IT Security/cybersecurity experience and automation dependencies.
• Automation system Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Understanding of interface protocols to Level 2 /3 OT applications.
• Automation Experience in a cGMP environment is essential.

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
• Availability to work outside office hours when the need arises.
• Ability to prioritise the criticality of support issues as they arise and act accordingly.
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting attitude.
• Handle and operate efficiently under pressure.
• Native Dutch speaking is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configuring SFN PC’s (PC’s, MES/SAP, Lab, Systec)

Subtasks:

• Communicate with user
• SFN PC imaging (Organon PC)
• PC Name creation + CMDB
• IP and DNS
• Admin permissions
• Patch updating (vendor PC)
• Security overlay (vendor PC)
• McAfee install
• Secret server onboarding
• Vulnerability scan + remediation
• VNC
• Patch hold
• Acronis
• Install dedicated SW

Creating and managing WI for SFN PC configurations

Install SFN Devices: hand scanners, label printers, rugegd tablets

Creating and managing WI for SFN devices

Administration/ CMDB

Support of SFN PC’s and SFN devices

Assist with SFN project/migrations/upgrades

8/5 support for production issues.
