Summary:
• As an HR Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Integrated Service Delivery model, delivering high-impact HR services to business stakeholders and our HR community. You’ll bring your expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and people-first HR operations across the region.

Responsibilities:
HR Services
• Provide daily guidance and support to the HR Services team.
• Deliver seamless HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Draft and update key HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, change letters).
• Advise line managers and employees on general HR queries.
• Monitor the case management system (ServiceNow) and route queries appropriately.
• Build strong partnerships with Regional HR teams and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects that shape and improve our service delivery.
HR Systems & Data
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Oracle HCM,ServiceNow).
• Manage employee records including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, time off, and more.
• Generate and maintain HR reports to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.
Customer Experience
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR administration inquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support in line with WTW’s service standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Proven experience in HR administration and processes.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Native-level French and business-level English (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail with strong MS Office and HR systems proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
