Your Role π οΈ
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to reinforce our cybersecurity team. The role focuses on auditing activities, specifically focused on security assessments on network and telecom solutions to ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct security assessments on network solution designs and architectures.
- Review documentation (e.g., high-level designs, hardening guidelines, user profiles, segmentation plans, etc) for compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare compliance reports and propose recommend corective measures or mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify security requirements and ensure proper documentation of active controls and non-conformities.
Your Profile π
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in cybersecurity and 1β2 years in risk assessments, GRC or similar.
- Basic knowledge of network security principles (firewalls, segmentation, access control).
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication systems and kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- English proficiency: B2 or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple assessments and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking for identifying risks and proposing improvements.
Recommended Certifications
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (or Foundation) β for understanding the audit processes.
- CompTIA Security+ β for foundational cybersecurity knowledge.
- ICS2 SSCP β for foundational cybersecurity knowledge.
