The Opportunity

We're looking for a Treasury & Operations Analyst to join our operations team on a full time-basis that is passionate about bitcoin and improving the current financial system. You will be responsible for assisting with the loan lifecycle, savings accounts lifecycle, from disbursements to repayments of loans, deposits and withdrawals of funds on the savings accounts.


About the Role

  • Support the loan lifecycle, including processing loan disbursements, repayments, and managing deposits and withdrawals for transaction accounts.
  • Handle daily transaction reconciliations between operational and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to gather and verify banking information and assist in resolving client inquiries.
  • Perform treasury functions, including setting up fiat and digital asset transfers for: Loans disbursements, Settlements with counterparties and ABS entities, OTC Offramp requests, Inter-company transfers
  • Ensure financial processes and reconciliations align with established procedures and controls, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support audit and regulatory requests by preparing and providing required documentation and information.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years within financial services required.
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
  • Demonstrated experience performing reconciliations and working with large sets of data demonstrated with strong Microsoft Excel: VlookUp, HLookUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week of overlap coverage in EST timezone
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven commitment to accuracy is required.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a strong track record of automating processes and tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • High ethical standards with a proven commitment to complying with financial policies and procedures.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and a credit check if selected
  • Fluent in English


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with setting up payments such as wire transfers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency, with familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology.
