We're inviting a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Ljubljana. You'll take full ownership of quality across our product portfolio — from planning and manual testing to building automated coverage using coding agents. If you care deeply about cratfing safe and high-quality digital experiences, this is your role.
〰️ Your Tasks
Quality Ownership
- Take full ownership of QA across multiple client projects — from requirements to release
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression cycles for web and mobile applications
- Define and maintain QA processes, documentation, and quality standards across the team
- Identify and communicate risks early, before they become problems in production
- Use AI coding agents to scaffold, write, and maintain E2E and integration test suites
- Build and own automated test coverage using tools like Playwright or Cypress
- Collaborate with developers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Review and improve test reliability
- Work directly with founders and developers to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Participate in product discussions to catch edge cases before development starts
- Report on quality metrics and help the team continuously raise the bar
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of QA experience on web or mobile products
- Strong manual testing fundamentals — you know how to break things methodically
- Comfortable using coding agents to write and iterate on test code (we don't expect you to be a senior developer, but code doesn't scare you)
- Experience with E2E testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Clear, direct communicator — you can explain a bug, a risk, or a test strategy to anyone
- Self-directed — you take ownership and don't wait to be told what to test
- API testing experience
- Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy (multi-project context)
- API testing experience (Postman, REST)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and how tests fit into the pipeline
- Experience with native mobile platforms (Android, iOS)
