About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Operations & Data Analytics Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage for 9 months) to lead and evolve our global measurement ecosystem while ensuring our operations infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?

You will own the evolution of Teads’ global measurement framework while maintaining and enhancing the operational backbone that enables it.

You’ll play a critical role in connecting activities to business outcomes, translating performance across brand, demand generation, product, ABM, and customer initiatives into a unified view of contribution to revenue and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can both run complex operations and elevate measurement capabilities, making insights faster, clearer, and more actionable across the organization.

Measurement & Analytics

  • Support the evolution of Teads’ global measurement framework, connecting top-of-funnel activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer value - and partnering with tech teams’ to align and implement the infrastructure to make it possible
  • SQL proficiency with hands-on experience querying and modeling data via dashboards on Looker Studio Pro / Looker.
  • Explore ways to fetch data into BigQuery, map requirements and partners (e.g: Rivery, Funnel IO, Coupler, Extract) and guide discovery phase along with Data and Security
  • Standardize KPI definitions and drive alignment on a shared measurement language across the organization
  • Improve attribution models and performance methodologies to better capture the impact of multi-touch, multi-channel programs

Reporting & Data Infrastructure

  • Design, build and optimize scalable reporting systems and dashboards that serve as trusted sources of truth for teams and GTM process
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights that influence investment, prioritization, and strategy
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, RevOps, and BI teams to strengthen data pipelines, tracking, and integration between marketing platforms and CRM
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision making across the team

Operations & Enablement

  • Ensure the operations ecosystem runs efficiently, enabling prioritization and continuity of campaigns and projects
  • Improve processes that accelerate reporting cycles and reduce friction, duplication and enable visibility on team activities
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions that increase speed, accuracy, and visibility

What will you bring to the team?

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations or a related field
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (e.g., Looker) and working knowledge of SQL or advanced data environments.
  • Experience with tech stacks, including CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot), automation platforms, and work management tools like Monday.com
  • Deep understanding of attribution, data integrity, governance, and ROI measurement
  • Proven ability to improve tracking frameworks, reporting reliability, and turn insights into action
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to align global teams around shared metrics
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as data analyst, data-driven, set up KPIs
  • Experience in ad tech, media, or digital marketing is a strong plus
  • Fluent English mandatory
