About the Role

We're looking for a BI Support Specialist with a growth mindset who is passionate about business intelligence and data visualization. You'll work hands-on with Zebra BI for Power BI, support customers in getting the most out of their data and contribute to product development through real-world user insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, helping them solve reporting and visualization challenges using Zebra BI and Power BI.
• Consult and assist end users in implementing Zebra BI products.
• Prepare demonstration examples and analytical solutions using Zebra BI and MS Power BI.
• Create and maintain product educational content, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Channel user feedback and usage patterns to Product and Engineering to inform product development.
• Develop internal analyses, reports, and dashboards to support product and business decisions.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape in BI and data visualization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience working with business intelligence tools, data analysis, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (report building, data modeling basics, DAX fundamentals).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping users succeed.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude. You take initiative and don't wait for perfect instructions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization best practices (IBCS, storytelling with data).
• Familiarity with Zebra BI products.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Background in consulting, customer success, or technical support.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with BI industry trends.
