As we expand, we're looking for a team player with specialized skills to complement our existing team of tech gurus, network designers, cybersecurity experts, software developers, and IT managers.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated IT (Security) professionals, develop new capabilities, and have a great time doing it. We're a young and energetic team that embraces challenges with enthusiasm.

YOUR IMPACT

You will be responsible for monitoring enterprise networks and systems, identifying events, and reporting threats aimed at those systems.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

•Monitor security tools;

•Analyze incidents, and respond promptly to threats within SLAs;

•Document incidents;

•Coordinate with analysts, and adhere to security procedures and compliance requirements.

YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of: SIEM, cybersecurity fundamentals (attacks, defense, endpoint, network), networking, kill chain (PICERL);

• Skills: Problem-solving, communication, collaboration, documentation, procedure adherence. Preferred: Cloud experience, ticketing system knowledge, proactive mindset. QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical education;

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Security Operations Center;

• Availability for 24/7 shifts;

• Strong analytical and organizational skills; Nice to have:

• Certifications: Security+, CyberOps Associate, CySA+, or other relevant IT cybersecurity certifications;

• Cloud experience, ticketing system knowledge, proactive mindset.

WORK SCHEDULE

Day Shift: 07:00-18:00; 08:00-19:00 (slightly flexible)

Night Shift: 19:00 – 06:00; 20:00-7:00 (slightly flexible)

Flex program once at 4 months: 2 weeks of flex schedule: 12:00-21:00. 1 hour lunch break
