We are now looking for a new Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!
An Agile Coach teaches, inspires, and leads individuals, teams, and organizations as they transform the way they work. Supports individuals, teams, and/or organizations in adopting and improving agile practices to increase customer value and business impact. They act as mentors and facilitators, enhancing collaboration, streamlining processes, and improving performance. This role is required for a set of low-code and high-code/full code apps that enable service engineers to perform on-site inspections, access knowledge, and interact with different platforms. The solution is a multi-integration point system that communicates with ERPs, data lakes, SQL servers, native apps.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Lead individuals, teams, and business units to design and execute their own plan for expanding agile while providing insights based on their experience with agile.
- Provide training in a specific agile framework or in flexible agile practices.
- Provide agile leadership coaching to executives, managers, scrum masters, and team leads.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a roadmap for sustaining agility as the organization evolves.
- Facilitate agile adoption, transformation, and change.
- Enhance team collaboration, self-management, and effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Improve communication, collaboration, and processes.
- Remove impediments.
- Navigate and guide organizational change.
- Develop agile leadership.
- BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or other relevant field.
- Business English B2 or above.
- 2+ years of agile coaching experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (programming, testing, business analysis, etc).
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and development processes.
- Good conceptual understanding of programming and testing.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- SAFe certification and/or Kanban certification are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills to ensure that solutions are aligned with available resources and within given timeframes, all while considering the solution's overall advantages.
- Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, conflict resolution, facilitation, and servant-leadership, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, responsive, and able to pivot on a moment's notice.
