Project Manager (Remote)

Project Manager (Remote | $2,000–$2,500/month)

We’re hiring a cross-functional Project Manager to help our teams move faster and smarter.

This is not a technical/IT PM role. You’ll work across Content, Marketing, and other business teams — stepping into active projects, spotting blockers, aligning stakeholders, and keeping leadership in the loop.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Are structured, proactive, and highly accountable
• Have proven experience in project management
• Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
• Can confidently interact with senior leadership
• Know how to push projects forward without creating friction
• Are comfortable in remote, async environments
• Can overlap a few hours with US time zones

What you’ll do:

• Review and track ongoing projects across departments
• Identify bottlenecks and remove blockers
• Align teams on priorities and realistic deadlines
• Provide clear, concise updates to CEO/CTO/HR
• Improve workflows and create better visibility
