We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Engineer to transform raw data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and informed business decision-making.
The successful candidate will design data models, build dashboards, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, business awareness, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A solid foundation in statistics, data analysis, and visualization - particularly using Power BI - is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Work with cloud and on-premises data sources, including data transformation and modeling
- Develop and optimize SQL and DAX queries
- Deploy and maintain Power BI reports across environments
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting or performance issues
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests
- Communicate findings and insights through clear visualizations and presentations
- Maintain documentation for data processes, models, and reporting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or a similar role, 2 to 5 years experience
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design and data modeling
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis
- Knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance practices
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience with predictive analytics or advanced statistical modeling
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
- Exposure to data integration or ETL processes.
