Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager – Digital Platform Operations. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the operations of digital platforms, ensuring efficient handling of logistics and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include managing expediting processes, ensuring consistent progress on tasks, facilitating inspections, and streamlining workflows to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning and coordinating workflows for digital platforms
• Hands-on experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor for time-sensitive processes
• Strong knowledge of Inspection methods and standards to maintain quality and compliance
• Expertise in Logistics Management, with the ability to optimize operations and allocate resources effectively
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in digital platforms or tech-focused operational roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery

Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and compliance

Identify risks and track mitigation plans

Ensure projects remain on scope, schedule, and aligned with business priorities

Provide structured reporting to leadership

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in project management or operations roles

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Clear communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Ability to work independently in a Switzerland-based remote team

Fluent English

Preferred

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms

Familiarity with structured project management methodologies

Experience using project tracking tools
