We are looking for a Software Engineer to strengthen our development team and contribute to building high‑quality compiler and tooling solutions. Positions are open in both Germany (Munich area) and the Netherlands.

What will you do?
In this role, you will work across the full engineering lifecycle - from analyzing requirements to delivering production‑ready software - while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and safety/security experts. If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems and want to grow your expertise in compiler‑related technology, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create corresponding specifications and test plans
- Design, implement, document, test, and debug new and existing software components
- Address and resolve technical issues within the project team and influence design decisions
- Develop ready‑to‑use example projects and reference designs
- Improve existing products and support engineers with expert insights
- Contribute to the development and application of Safety & Security standards
- Report progress to the project manager
- Build complete system deliverables for release
Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills with excellent proficiency in C/C++
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience contributing to proprietary or open‑source compiler codebases or experience developing static analysis tools
- Ability to solve complex problems with significant technical impact on product functionality
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience
