Are you a proactive cybersecurity professional who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution? We are looking for a Senior IT Security & Risk Officer to join our consultancy team. In this role, you will be embedded within the Digital Transformation organization of a major Automotive client, helping them improve cybersecurity capabilities while maintaining high business velocity.

The role is cross-functional, focusing on reducing business risks and fostering a "Security by Design" culture across a global digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities

As a consultant representing our firm, you will support our client’s security, risk management, and compliance efforts by:

  • Risk Assessment: Performing and quality-assuring Threat Assessment and Remediation Analysis (TARA).
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, NIS2, and UNECE R155/R156 (Automotive Cyber Security Management Systems).
  • Strategic Governance: Applying lean governance principles to maintain a strong risk posture without slowing down business delivery.
  • Collaborative Security: Partnering with Enterprise Architecture and cross-functional DevSecOps teams to align security with product development.
  • Audit & Operations: Supporting security audits and participating in global operational cybersecurity processes.

  • Operational Experience: Proven track record in operational cybersecurity within a global environment.
  • Mindset: A collaborative "bridge-builder" who understands how to apply CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) requirements in a business-centric way.
