Our ideal candidate has a real production experience in Java backend development:
- Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments
- Have experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale
- Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability
- Fintech experience is a big plus. Especially if you've worked on things like payments, banking products, etc
- Fluent Russian and English language
