Job responsibilities

Within the Export and Baltics Team, the Junior Business Analyst (Intern) is in charge of:

  • Gathering and combining SI, SO and stock data from various sources.
  • Analyzing commercial numerical data alongside factual market data, competition activities, and market conditions to identify trends and insights.
  • Creating analyses, reports, and presentations tailored for the Export and Baltics markets
  • Using data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards, reports and presentations
  • Analyze and monitor distribution for Export and Baltics markets, track performance by point of sale
  • Overseeing data integration and entry for Export And Baltics markets within the BISO data administration framework.
  • Preparing and delivering cyclical and ad hoc calculations, reports, summaries, and presentations on time.
  • Assisting the team in preparing presentations for business meetings.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs and monitor business performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate data processes and reporting tasks.
  • Implementing and maintaining data quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
