A large-scale consumer mobile application with millions of active users required a robust testing strategy to ensure stability, performance, and seamless user experience. Testing efforts focused on both iOS and Android platforms, covering functional validation, UI/UX consistency, geolocation features, and real-time interactions.

Responsibilities

• Leading QA team of manual QAs and automation SDETs
• Full ownership of quality assurance process
• Creating and managing both manual and automation roadmaps
• Leading test planning and estimation
• Proactive management of production incidents
• Interacting with Development, Product and Design teams daily to identify root cause and drive the errors through to resolution
• Collaborating and be willing to do the things needed for the team to succeed

Skills Required

• 5+ years experience in QA either manual or automation
• Strong understanding of SDLC and mobile release trains (feature flags, build types, staged rollouts, crash & analytics tooling)
• Experience with reporting using Jira dashboards
• Tooling: Xcode (logs, profiling), Android Studio/ADB, Charles Proxy or Fiddler, Qase | AI-powered Test Management Software for Quality Assurance
• Excellent written/spoken English, crisp test docs and defect reports
