We are looking for an iOS Developer for our global client operating in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to develop high-quality iOS applications that meet user needs and company objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, testable and maintainable code for iOS applications using Swift, Objective-C, UIKit and Swift UI.
• Participate in the entire app development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Implement engaging user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Integrate with external APIs and web services to fetch and display data in the app.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize app efficiency and performance.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of iOS (App) development experience
• Kotlin or Kotlin Multiplatform development experience would be beneficial
• In-depth understanding of object-oriented software development
• Strong understanding of iOS development best practices and design patterns.
• Expertise in CI and test automatization as well as software quality practices (e.g. code reviews)
• Familiarity with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUi, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Familiarity with agile processes and development and the use of the Atlassian product family (JIRA / Confluence / Bitbucket)
• First experiences with the communication and integration of app scenarios to IoT devices and cloud backend (e.g. Bluetooth, MQTT)
• Business-fluent English, German would be an advantage
