Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with Cisco’s channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the partner ecosystem and support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for partners.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide regular reporting, and drive partner enablement initiatives.
  • Represent Cisco solutions in partner events, trainings, and joint marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development within the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco networking and security solutions (certifications are a plus).
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
