Key Responsibilities

• Support global network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Perform discovery, implementation, and support for international and domestic networks.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network components including routers, switches, access points, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Work with technologies such as:
• Cisco Routers, Switches & Wireless Infrastructure
• Cisco ISE and Cisco DNA
• Cato Networks SASE / SD-WAN
• Palo Alto Firewalls
• Aruba Wireless and ClearPass NAC
• TACACS, SolarWinds Orion, ExtraHop
• Perform root cause analysis of network issues and support system availability.
• Document network configurations and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in network architecture discussions and technology initiatives.
• Support upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with first-line support teams and provide technical guidance.
• Occasional travel within Western and Eastern Europe may be required.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience, with strong LAN/WAN networking expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba network components.
• Experience with VPNs, SASE, VLAN, NAT, IPSec, and BGP technologies.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and management platforms such as SolarWinds Orion, Cisco DNA, or Meraki.
• Experience analyzing network traffic using Wireshark or similar protocol analyzers.
• Understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Cloud networking architectures.
• Experience supporting Wireless Networks (Aruba / Cisco / Meraki).

Certifications

• Required: CCNA
• Preferred: CCNP, Palo Alto, or other firewall/network certifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
