We are looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst who will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining bilingual (English & Arabic) communications, developing IT Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), preparing high-quality presentations, and maintaining documentation standards for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.


This position is a 12-month renewable contract.


Key responsibilities:

Business Requirements & Documentation

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Review and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.

Communication & Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop email templates and communications systems.
  • Work with IT teams to configure these communications within the system.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with product functionality and campaign requirements.

Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Support project delivery by tracking progress and identifying improvement opportunities.

Knowledge Base & Documentation Management

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base content, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is updated to reflect system changes, new features, and process improvements.
  • Support internal teams by providing clear documentation and guidance on system functionalities.

Testing & Validation

  • Prepare test scenarios and test cases for digital channels and backend enhancements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system communications and workflows.
  • Ensure requirements are implemented correctly prior to release.


Knowledge, skills & experience:

Communication & Language Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and professional communications for different audiences.
  • Experience in drafting system messages, email templates, and customer communications.

Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Strong skills in process documentation, workflow mapping, and requirement analysis.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured technical documentation.

Presentation & Reporting

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation development for executive and project reporting.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, structured, and visually engaging manner.
  • Experience preparing project reports, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations.

Knowledge Management & Documentation

  • Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Ability to maintain documentation standards and version control.
  • Ensuring documentation reflects system updates, new features, and process improvements.

Testing & Validation

  • Experience preparing test scenarios and test cases for system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  • Ability to validate system workflows and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Ability to work with business, IT, and marketing teams to align communications and system functionality.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with documentation tools and knowledge management systems.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, CRM systems, or IT applications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, or communications roles.
  • Experience working with IT or digital transformation projects is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.


Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
