Job Description:

As a Site Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our interior design visions come to life with precision and perfection. You will be the on-site leader, overseeing the construction and fit-out processes to guarantee that projects are executed according to our standards. Your expertise in site management and ability to lead a skilled team of craftsmen will be instrumental in creating stunning spaces that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site activities, oversee construction and fit-out phases.
• Uphold high-quality standards, ensure impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Coordinate daily schedules, monitor progress and create comprehensive reports to keep projects on track.
• Proactively solve on-site challenges, ensuring project success.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Design Team with seamless communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in luxury interior design and fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design aesthetics.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
