The Role

You’ll be part of an empowered DevOps team developing secure, modern web applications that support mission-critical capabilities.

You will:

• Develop high-quality front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build responsive, accessible and secure user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers and end users
• Integrate with backend APIs in cloud-native environments
• Contribute to testing, performance optimisation and secure coding best practice
• Play an active role across the software delivery lifecycle

This is a hands-on role suited to engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and building reliable systems that need to perform under pressure.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React or similar)
• Solid understanding of DOM, CSS and accessibility standards
• Experience with bundlers such as Webpack or Rollup
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest
• Understanding of secure coding and Agile delivery

Desirable: TypeScript, Cypress/Playwright, backend API integration.
