Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership: Lead the end-to-end frontend implementation and ongoing optimization of platforms serving global markets, ensuring high performance and delivery standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and QA to align on technical requirements and deliver a seamless, integrated user experience.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively drive technical initiatives to enhance system architecture, product usability, and overall platform stability within the team.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Hybrid Development: Solid understanding of Hybrid App development, with deep expertise in data communication protocols between H5, Android/iOS native layers, and backend services.

• Core Fundamentals: Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with exceptional hand-coding skills. Familiar with HTML5 features and ECMAScript 5+ specifications. Proficient in responsive page layout and refactoring.

• Tech Stack: Extensive experience with Vue.js. Practical knowledge of Ajax, Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, RequireJS, AngularJS, Sea.js, Node.js, Webpack, and Gulp is highly preferred.

• Business Acumen: Strong product and business sense; able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to iterate on products and achieve strategic business goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

• AI Integration: Proven experience in leveraging AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize development workflows and productivity.

• Global Collaboration: Experience working within cross-border or globally distributed engineering teams.

• Mobile Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform development.

• Technical Curiosity: Self-driven learner with a passion for emerging technologies; experience in reading/analyzing source code of prominent open-source projects.

• Architectural Depth: Deep practical experience in frontend engineering systems, design systems (component libraries), or complex cross-platform solutions.

• Performance Engineering: Track record of significantly improving system reliability, code quality, and application performance metrics.
