We are seeking a highly skilled Python Software Developer to support and enhance trading platforms, quantitative research tools, and risk analytics systems.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Traders and Quant Team to build scalable, high-performance systems that support real-time trading, data analysis, and strategy development.

  • Design and develop trading tools, dashboards, and automation frameworks.
  • Build order management, execution, and monitoring components.
  • Enhance real-time data processing systems.
  • Develop APIs to connect trading systems with market data providers and execution venues.
  • Develop high quality solutions and maintaining code delivered to our clients.
  • Navigate a complex landscape of diverse systems and technologies, making informed trade-offs between throughput, simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Work in an agile environment and delivering timely and tailor made solutions.
  • Promote Best DevOps practices for the team.




Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release.
  • Strong proficient in Backend Development with one of following programming languages, such as Python, C
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, numerical programming, data engineering, or machine learning in Python (Polars, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow).
  • Knowledge of SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of multiple frameworks, such as Flask, FastAPI, Django.
  • Proficiency in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Extensive experience with backend development and architecture.
  • Proficient understanding of GIT for versioning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen interest in financial markets. Working knowledge of financial products a plus.
  • Fluent English and good communication skills.
