What You Will Be Working On
- Develop and deliver curriculum, courseware, and e‑learning modules for full‑time and part‑time programmes for students and adult learners in Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, and Applied Artificial Intelligence
- Supervise student projects and internships in collaboration with industry partners in these domains
- Counsel, coach, and mentor students to support learning outcomes, competition participation, career development, and personal growth
- Undertake academic‑related administration and committee work, and support outreach activities and study trips
- Plan, lead, manage, and develop projects with industry partners
- Qualifications in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with 3–6 years of relevant industry experience; a postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in key programming languages, including Python (AI/ML), C/C++ (embedded systems and performance ‑ critical applications), and JavaScript/TypeScript (web and full ‑ stack development)
- AI fluency, including the use of AI ‑ assisted development tools (e.g. LangChain, OpenAI), workflow orchestration involving AI agents, and No ‑ Code/Low ‑ Code automation platforms
- Knowledge and experience in Generative AI and LLMs, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain, and Intelligent Automation will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation/presentation skills
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and engaging with students and young learners
