We’re hiring a Data Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading company in the technology and digital services industry. In this role, you’ll analyze large datasets, design and run experiments, and build dashboards to uncover insights that drive product and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven hypotheses to tackle major product and business challenges
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, uncover anomalies, and determine root causes
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to design and evaluate experiments, while leveraging existing data to propose innovative product ideas
- Define and manage frontend and backend data requirements for new products, ensuring accurate and timely data collection; integrate multiple data sources into scalable views to support decision-making
- Provide customized analyses for products and operations, establish and monitor critical business metrics, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, effectively scope problems, and enhance internal processes through automation and productivity improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Strong grounding in statistical methods, with attention to detail and experience in designing and conducting experiments
- Advanced data visualization skills, with hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools
- Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines to support diverse project requirements
