We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a growing European product company that’s currently scaling its platform and engineering team. This is a long-term B2B opportunity where you’ll play a key role not only in development but also in shaping the architecture and engineering culture.

📍 Location: Ukraine or Europe (Remote)

• Contribute to the architectural evolution of a platform scaling during a hyper-growth stage

• Design and build reusable APIs with Laravel and modern frontend components with React

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex features

• Lead small engineering pods (3+ developers) to deliver key product initiatives

• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

Backend: PHP 8 / Laravel

Frontend: React.js / TypeScript

Database: MySQL 8

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Engineering culture: strong focus on TDD

✔ 6+ years of software development experience

✔ Strong expertise in Laravel + React ecosystems

✔ Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers

✔ A product mindset – ability to balance code quality and delivery speed

✔ Fluent English and strong communication skills

✔ Proactive, scale-up mindset – someone who enjoys dynamic environments
