What makes this project exciting?:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Artist to help define and implement the visual direction of our game. The focus is on lighting, shaders, and visual effects in both 2D and 3D. Your work will directly shape how the game looks, feels, and runs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical artist or similar role in Unity3D
  • Good familiarity with rendering pipeline, shaders and both 3D and 2D lighting
  • Experience designing and implementing visual effects in Unity
  • Familiarity with prefab design for mobile games, Addressables, and sprite atlasses
  • Experience with Unity performance profiling
  • Previous experience shipping mobile games
  • Experience with Blender or other 3D design software

Nice To Have

  • Strong artistic eye and ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints.

Your Day-to-day In This Position

  • Build and optimize shaders, materials, and lighting setups in both 2D and 3D.
  • Create visual effects including particle systems, shader-based FX, and post-processing effects optimized for mobile devices.
  • Ensure visual quality is maintained while optimizing for mobile performance
  • Work with designers and developers to refine the overall look and feel of the game
  • Organize and import art assets into Unity, creating a clear and easy-to-follow project structure.
  • Create a sustainable prefab pipeline, providing a clear framework for other artists and developers to follow.
