About The Role
- This role supports FT Blockchain 1, FT Blockchain 2, and additional investment products by enabling strong audit, valuation, and fund operations processes. You will work at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, partnering with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate portfolio monitoring, operational execution, and reporting. The role offers hands‑on exposure to digital asset funds, investment operations, and evolving fund structures in a fast‑growing space.
Core Responsibilities
- You will support audit and fair market valuation activities.
- You will track fund performance, trades, and cash positions.
- You will maintain internal dashboards across fiat and digital assets.
- You will monitor digital asset activity and transaction flows.
- You will prepare portfolio summaries, KPIs, and performance reports.
- You will track wallets and reconcile digital asset transactions.
- You will support token custody reporting and compliance coordination.
- You will partner with custodians, fund administrators, and service providers.
- You will assist with fund operations and portfolio monitoring.
- You will coordinate workflows for new investments.
- You will support deal execution, documentation, and closing logistics.
- You will track wire and token transfers.
- You will onboard post‑investment data and manage document retention.
- You will monitor portfolio company updates, funding rounds, and token events.
Experience & Skills
- 3 – 5 yrs of work experience.
- Experience in fund operations, investment operations, or portfolio analytics.
- Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or alternative investments preferred.
- Strong understanding of investment performance and cash tracking.
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze portfolio data and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail in transaction and documentation tracking.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Curiosity and adaptability in a fast‑evolving environment.
