Job Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong expertise with Cisco and Palo Alto network hardware and management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall policies, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • Proven experience deploying and managing SD-WAN solutions
  • Practical knowledge of SSE/SASE platforms (e.g. Netskope, Zscaler, Prisma Access).
  • Experience managing cloud networking in AWS and/or Azure, including VPC/VNet, transit gateways, peering, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting tools (e.g. NetFlow, Wireshark, CloudWatch, Grafana).
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

      2. CCIE
    • AWS Certified
      1. Advanced Networking
      2. Solutions Architect
    • Microsoft Certified:
      1. Azure Network Engineer Associate
      2. Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network
      1. Security Administrator (PCNSA)
      2. Security Engineer (PCNSE)
    • Experience supporting regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
    • Prior exposure to cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
    • Experience collaborating across geographically distributed teams.

Job Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking a Network Engineer to drive network engineering initiatives across a hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environment. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of core systems, while actively contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on role requiring technical depth in network architecture, operations, and cybersecurity best practices. You’ll also collaborate closely with global IT teams, DevOps, and product stakeholders to drive improvements and standardise approaches across regions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem (Cisco and Palo Alto) and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
  • Lead the deployment and optimisation of SD-WAN and SASE/SSE technologies, including solutions like Netskope, Zscaler, or Cisco Umbrella.
  • Manage and maintain secure network architectures including firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, and load balancing.
  • Monitor and analyse network performance, availability, and security posture.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies aligned with industry best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistent and secure network operations globally.
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
